Order sample: We recommend to order a sample (30x40 cm) first to see the result of your
design
and to
test the fabrics for use, washing, etc. Family Fabrics will not be held responsible for variations
of
colors if you do not order a sample first. When the design is larger than 30x40 cm, we advise you to
order a meter as a test swatch.
Three service options:

No File Check: your design file will not be checked for errors and dimensions.

Manual File Check: your design file will be checked for errors. You also indicate the desired
dimensions.

Manual File Check + 1 Day Print: as previous option + your design will be printed within 1
working
day after order date (max. 60 meters per design).
Seamless repeat:
Seamless repeat: Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Family Fabrics is not
responsible for design errors.
Print voids:
Print voids: There may be print voids which we consider acceptable as they are small dots on the
fabric.
The reason is that on raw fabric can remain small pieces of fabric. As a result it can appear
especially
when using darker colors.
Seamless repeat: Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Please check the
edges
of the
uploaded image to make sure there are no artifacts in the form of light or dark 1px lines along the
edge
of the pattern. When printed, these artifacts are likely to be noticeable, highlighting the edge of
the
pattern.
File format: Accepted files are TIF and JPG.
No File Check: When you choose service option No File Check, the design file will not be
checked
for
errors and dimensions.
Sample: We recommend that you first order a sample (30x40 cm), to see if the file is
repeating
the way
it should and to verify colors. When the design is larger than 30x40 cm, we advise you to order a
meter
as a test swatch.
Colors: Black and dark colors may look very pale on Natural fibers when a lot of pigment inks
are
used. This does not apply to the fabrics of Eco fibers.
Repeat: Only 1/1 repeat is accepted, not half drop.
Resolution: 300 dpi.
Dimensions: Save your file in the dimensions you want it to be printed.
